Another superb design by Mike. The clients assisted with the design process and what a cracker it is!!!

The main living is on one level and the Master bedroom on a lower level. A semi private east facing deck provides a relaxing sundeck for quite times.  

The main level contains 3 spacious bedrooms, powder room, bathroom, kitchen, living and 2 decks. The main entertaining deck is east facing with a BBQ adjacent to the kitchen. Faced fixed glass balustrade provides a sensational effect for the edge protection of the main decks. A central deck provides an escape area for when the weather isn't as pleasant and a great place to entertain.    

The use of timber throughout softens and compliments the main external wall cladding which is sheet and plank fibrous cement. 

The open plan living of this design makes it easy to relax and enjoy the surrounding coastline.  

The finishing touches to this home is outstanding and is a credit to Mike and his team.
